What is psychotherapy, and how can it help?

At LIKEMIND, we offer individual, couples, and family therapy — also commonly referred to as psychotherapy or talk therapy. Therapy is a collaborative process that helps people better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, navigate challenges, and improve their overall well-being.

We tailor therapy to each person or family we work with. Together, we focus on the issues you're facing and support you in moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection. Our clinicians bring skill, knowledge, humor, and compassion to every session.

We use evidence-based approaches — treatments that are supported by research and proven to be effective. Therapy is available in person at our Worcester offices or via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth, depending on your preference, needs, and our clinician availability. The frequency and length of therapy vary depending on your goals and circumstances.
