Group Therapy

Group therapy can be a powerful way to explore your experiences alongside others who may be facing similar challenges. Whether you're looking to supplement individual therapy or you're simply drawn to the support of a group environment, participating in group therapy can offer connection, insight, and meaningful growth.

In today’s world, where much of our interaction happens through text or social media, group therapy creates space for real, in-the-moment connection — an opportunity to hear other perspectives, share your own, and feel less alone.

Before joining a group, all participants complete a group intake session to ensure that the group is a good clinical fit and aligned with your goals. This helps us support the group process and ensure a safe, affirming space for everyone involved.

Our currently available groups are listed below. If you're interested in joining or learning more, call us at (508) 635-4360 x 700, contact us at info@likemindmentalhealth.com, or reach out via our online form.
