Professional Background:
Elizabeth received her Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Assumption University, where she focused her studies on supporting children and families, and implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Elizabeth is a compassionate clinician who brings a versatile approach to guiding young adults through significant life transitions. Drawn to her mission to empower individuals during transformative periods, Elizabeth is passionate about guiding clients through challenges related to self-identity, anxiety, depression, trauma, college, career, and relationships. She is particularly committed to providing culturally responsive care, drawing on her experience working with diverse populations.

Utilizing a versatile toolkit of therapeutic interventions, Elizabeth integrates modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), safety planning, mindfulness, emotion-focused, expressive, and family systems therapies to provide holistic and culturally responsive care.
