Professional Background:

Dr. Jill Damon-Minow, PsyD is a licensed clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist specializing in adult therapy and comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations. She earned her doctorate from the California School of Professional Psychology/Alliant International University in San Francisco and completed her internship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She then pursued a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at UMass Memorial Medical Center. Following her fellowship, Dr. Damon-Minow served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology at UMass Medical Center before transitioning into private practice.

Therapeutic Approach:

Dr. Damon-Minow provides evidence-based, affirming care to young adults to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. She especially enjoys working with young women who want to build healthier relationships and stronger boundaries. Dr. Damon-Minow uses a client-centered approach and integrates therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build practical skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful change.

Dr. Damon-Minow is currently accepting new therapy clients. She accepts BCBS insurance.

Neuropsychological Evaluations:

Dr. Damon-Minow also conducts neuropsychological evaluations through New Heights Neuropsychology, PLLC, a subsidiary of LIKEMIND Mental Health & Wellness, Inc., where she works with children as young as age 1 through adults. While LIKEMIND provides therapy and coaching services, New Heights Neuropsychology focuses on comprehensive evaluations to help individuals better understand their cognitive, academic, and emotional functioning.
