Leighton is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who believes in the power of partnership and self-determination. They earned their Master’s degree in Social Work from Salem State University (2023) and take a personalized, client-centered approach that honors each individual’s lived experiences and aspirations.

Leighton specializes in working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals while also supporting clients from diverse backgrounds. They are committed to helping people navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, dating and domestic violence, neurodivergence, and mental or physical disabilities.

Therapeutic Approach:
Leighton integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), harm reduction, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing. Whether clients are managing stress, processing complex emotions, or healing from past trauma, Leighton provides a supportive environment where they can pause, reflect, and build resilience.
