FAQ
Have questions as you’re getting started? Browse the FAQ below to get a better sense of what to expect from our process.

No problem! You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes how you feel and what you need are hard to put into words. Tell us a little about what's going on and we'll help you think through what kind of support makes sense for you.
-
Our Intake Coordinator reviews your message and follows up within 24 hours on business days. She will guide you through scheduling and next steps. No pressure, just a conversation about what could be helpful.
-
That’s okay. Use the form to let us know what you’ve been struggling with. If you can’t find the words, “I could use someone to talk to” can be a good start.
-
No. Reaching out is often the hardest part and we don't expect you to have it all figured out. Our approach is built on curiosity, respect, and welcome. That’s what we aim to offer you.
-
Our Intake Coordinator will follow up with you within 24 hours on business days to talk through logistics (timing, availability, fit). From there, how quickly you can start depends on clinician availability. We’ll be up front with you about what that looks like once we connect.

We understand that cost is a real concern and it's okay to ask about it upfront. We accept BCBS, Optum, HPHC, Tufts Commercial, Carelon, and WellSense and we also work with self-pay clients. Our self-pay rates are listed on our Fees & Insurance page. We'll run a benefits and eligibility check once you reach out to give you our best understanding of your coverage, though final costs are ultimately determined by your plan's actual benefits. For the most accurate information on your copay or deductible, reach out to your insurance company for direct confirmation. Ask specifically about outpatient mental health coverage.

Yes. We offer in person sessions in our Worcester office as well as virtual sessions. Remember that virtual sessions are available only to clients physically located in that state of Massachusetts at the time of sessions, since that's where our clinicians are licensed to practice.

Location
We are located at 51 Union Street, Suite 222 in Worcester, MA. There is parking available in front of, behind, and on the sides of the building. If you require an elevator, please enter through the back of the building and take the elevator to the 2nd floor.
There is plenty of parking available on all sides of our building. Please note that there are parking spaces that are outlined in yellow and those that are outlined in white. Yellow spots require a parking pass and white spots are visitor parking (with a limit of one hour). Please be sure to park in a white spot and be prompt in returning to your car. Building management DOES have cars towed that are parked for longer than an hour or that are parked in a yellow lined spot without a parking pass. If you prefer, you may ask your clinician for a temporary parking pass for the day. This must be signed out and returned at the end of your session. There are no restrictions on parking after 3pm.
We are also easily accessible by Worcester Regional Transit Authority: http://www.therta.com/
