1. SMS Messaging Service
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from LIKEMIND Mental Health & Wellness, Inc. for appointment reminders, scheduling coordination, and other service-related communication. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms.
2. Message Frequency
You may receive multiple messages from us as part of our regular communication regarding services. Messaging frequency will vary depending on your interaction with our practice, but will typically be limited to necessary coordination and reminders.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery of messages, we and your mobile carrier are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.
3. Privacy
Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Text messages may include personal health information (PHI). By opting in, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks of communicating PHI by SMS. You may request alternative communication methods at any time.
4. Cancellation / Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming your request has been processed.

As a mental health provider, we are committed to protecting your privacy and confidentiality. However, SMS communication is not a secure or encrypted form of communication. If you have concerns about texting or wish to limit the types of information shared via SMS, please inform our team. For emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
