Professional Background:
Caroline earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients manage depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use, and trauma.

She is passionate about working with young adults, helping them build healthy relationships, improve self-esteem, and navigate life’s challenges. Caroline’s background in inpatient settings has equipped her with the skills to support clients in their most vulnerable moments and provide a therapeutic, non-judgmental space for healing.

Therapeutic Approach:
Caroline incorporates CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients develop coping strategies, build emotional regulation skills, and work toward greater independence. She believes in a collaborative, client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs. Caroline emphasizes respect, unconditional positive regard, and empowerment, creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and heard. Her goal is to help clients develop the tools they need to meet their goals, build independence, and foster personal growth.
